FASCA (Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors)
What is FASCA?
The program aims to empower youths to reach their fullest potential by building their adolescent social capacity, encouraging young people to participate in volunteering for community services, and helping individuals understand their multiple social and cultural identities.
Students will learn through leadership, teamwork, community service, and cultural experiences. All youths aged 12 to 17 can join FASCA and receive an opportunity to continue learning about Taiwanese cultures and enhancing their leadership and community service skills.
什麼是FASCA培育計畫?
FASCA(Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors)是中華民國僑務委員會. 為了培養海外新生代成為未來臺灣文化大使/文化志工的培訓計畫，已經在北美推動超過10年，去(2023)年首度在澳洲雪梨舉辦3日的新生培訓營隊。
營隊培訓以「傳承」、「領導」、「服務」、「文化」四項主題設計，邀請雪梨地區的老師授課，除了理論，更重視實作與團隊合作體驗，課程緊湊精彩，從認識父母的家鄉、團隊領導、急救、到扯鈴與書法，希望培養能說、能做、能領導、能團隊合作的年輕團隊，未來共同參與臺澳社區志工服務，展現青年世代的熱情、創意與潛能。
歡迎12到17歲有意願學習與推廣臺灣的青少年參加甄選與培訓。完成培訓可獲得結訓證書，成為FASCA成員與雪梨文教中心志工團隊。未來雪梨文教中心將與諮詢導師團隊辦理後續培力計畫，讓學員持續學習並參與社區服務。
